Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
PrettyNGreen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.). If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Missing Items
